Healthy Families of St. Joseph County is a home visitation program that provides support to new and expectant parents. Trained Family Resource Specialists promote building a supportive environment that optimizes child growth and development, teach appropriate parent-child interaction and encourages a resilient, healthy family. Healthy Families is 100% free and voluntary.Family and Children s Center is a non-profit human services agency that has been building strong families and healthy children in St. Joseph County since our founding in 1882.We are dedicated to strengthening the holistic health of the young families through Healthy Families, Brain Train, counseling, and parenting programs. Our mission is to build strong families and healthy children.
