South bend dental Care staff found I had quite a few cavities, so I had some filled by dr Roberts. I felt pain after they were filled, but I thought it was normal. About 4 months later, the pain got extreme in one tooth. I went back to her office, just to have her spend about 5 minutes with me and quickly and wrongly diagnose that my filling just wasn't fitting my bite correctly. The office wouldn't even treat this visit as a courtesy, and charged my insurance.
Fast forward to 3 months after that-I'm at a new dentist, and he finds that I have a FRACTURE IN THAT TOOTH. Possibly from getting a filling! I am furious because she possibly caused this, and didn't even take the time to try and find the real problem. Now I may have to get a root canal.
It also really bothered me that this practice is clearly more interested in over charging you than giving you quality dental care. I'm okay with paying for what I need, but my current dentist charges much less than dr Roberts for the higher quality services.
I want to save any one else from a similar experience. Find a different dentist!
