The concept for My Tech Cloud began in 2009. Owner and lead technician Rick Harris set into the motion plans to develop a business that met the technical needs of families and small businesses. He waited to offer services to the public to ensure that quality services with clear and understandable processes for the customer.

From 2009 to 2011, Harris gained understanding of how others were providing services to their customers. What he found was that many companies were inflating prices through outsourced services that could filter through multiple different companies. Often customers were left unsatisfied and completely frustrated.

In June of 2011, Harris established My Tech Cloud LLC to offer services to customers in South Bend, Mishawaka and throughout Michiana. To learn more about the mission developed from his experience, click the “Mission” link at the top of the page.
