Paying for location isn't worth it here! Common areas inside are dirty! Floors not vacuumed, walls and doors have big scuffs, elevator is filthy! Site manager lies to you and decides who follows what rules. If you live by something mechanical that makes noise on a regular basis your rent is the same as everyone else. The underground garage smells like a trash dump!! They are a pet friendly community but don't enforce the rule of picking up after your pet so be careful where you walk. Besides pet waste being on the grounds there is trash of all kinds. The parking area is also very dirty and you may find nails and screws in parking area among other things. We have had rain in 2 different windows on 2 different occasions as the windows aren't sealed properly. Be prepared to clean grilling area as most don't clean up after themselves. There is a trash chute but some don't use it and just put their trash on the floor by chute so it sits there for weeks smelling and sticking to the floor. We wanted to make this our home but site and regional manager are making that impossible. Can't wait for lease to be up to get out of here!!
