Besides the horrible chocolates don't try to get the cocoa mulch! At the end of May I called to see if it was in stock before I drove all the way out there. I was told "yes we have cocoa mulch in stock." So I left my house and 20 minutes later I arrive and was then told "we sold out of cocoa mulch this morning." I told them that's why I called to make sure it was in stock. Apparently I called the main office and not this store. So why wouldn't they call ti make sure they had it in stock for instead of assuming they did? Your guess is as good as mine! I called back the same number and told them what happened. They apologized. But that's not it. So I asked the lady If I can preorder 4 bags because I really wanted the cocoa mulch. She said yes I can do that for you but it will take a week and someone will call me the following Tuesday to let me know if it came in or not. I got the call on Thursday so my husband went out to pick up the 4 bags but finds out they're all sold. He had to explain to the lady we preordered those 4 bags! What a mess!! No communication among their staff turned into horrible customer service!
