Horrible place with rude people that work and run the place. They loose my packages all the time, and get mad at me when I complain. I wish this branch would close. Hate having to deal with mean people that don't care. I would not recommend this post office to my worst enemy. Very very bad service.

The post office manager would not cooperate with me. She said there was no way for her to look up the tracking number. I dropped the piece of paper. For once I would just one small break without people being so blatantly rude. Her name is Jules and she's a grumpy woman with no personality. I accidentally lost my ticket for my

Certified mail. I gave her my id and she said the letter was not there when I just got the notice Friday. In this day and age of technology I find it hard to believe that you can't look up a tracking number. She just refused to cooperate because she was stressed out and having a bad day! Don't take it out on the customers. Without us you would have no job!!!! Treat others how you want to be treated. It's the holidays. That's a letter I need. For my lawyer. I hope she reads this. I really do her behavior was unacceptable, get some customer service skills and a personality. Ask santa please you need it bad!
