Poor Customer Service and 5 months w/o a working ATM. Don't use FAST ATM's

First yr and half they were OK. Not very prompt on filling the machine w/ money; but we dealt with it. in the fall of 2010 the screen went blank and the took several weeks to fix. 1 week later screen went blank again. Paul eventually came back out and determined that another part was needed so that it doesn't keep breaking. That's when things went bad to terrible. They have not been back for 5 months now. literally 30 to 40 calls over those month with only ONE answered. That's when I BLOCKED my caller ID # and he actually answered the call and gave no excuse/reason for not coming back out with the part. Paul stated that he would be out mid week to install the part. Guess what? He NEEVER showed up or called or answered my calls. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Fast ATM have just abandoned this machine here. Meanwhile I have to send customers a mile away to use a ATM. - Down on the Cape. DW
