In the beginning they where great. As time passed by, I started noticing a pattern the way they where heading every conversation. They try to make you assigned to them more work to do, that the car is actually needs. So if you are not careful, you will give them more to do for the car really needs. They ripped off me lots of money, that the car really needed, and in one occurrence, they changed my battery, without really needed (discovered later that it was not the battery fault that electricity was being wasted but rather a setting of the car, which I changed). Also they will not help you with a repair, but rather they do only replacements (of problems) with with fresh bought parts. This means only more money you and them. I always had in my neighborhoods my mechanic that will help me in difficult situations. These don't help you, they sell their services, and I can say rather expensive.

Honest and great mechanic. That's rare to find these days.
