I never have any problem with me getting my CPAP supplies and needed supplies. Great to do business with!

Staff is always friendly and polite. They go out of their way to make sure my supplies are always there when I need them.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I received a CPAP machine from Medical Center Respiratory & Home Care in August 2015. I was told I would make seven monthly payments and then I would own the machine. Family Medical Supply bought out Medical Center Respiratory & Home Care in January 2016 and have been billing my insurance company and myself since then. I have been billed now for a year and two months total. My insurance company said there was a cap, however, they continue to pay and I continue to be billed. I was told by an employee at Family Medical Supply that they will continue to bill my insurance company until they stop paying. I have been trying to get my insurance company for months now to look into it. I spoke with a manager today and they realize they have paid way more than they should have. You just have to get to the right person I guess. I have their attention now! I have been waiting to switch companies until the machine was paid for because I figured it would turn into a billing nightmare. I wonder how many other people they are doing this to? Am switching companies today! Beware of this company
