So never ever join the CREDIT CARD CLUB at body le bronze!!!! FYI 1 of the owners " DIANE" who definitely should not own a business is the rudest nastiest person I have ever come across! She has NO social skills.... Maybe that's why she spends so much $ and time in adopting animals because humans can't stomacb her..! Anyhow so I bring up to her that she has bounced my account 2 times now and jipped me a week and 1/2 because of it and she throws me out of the salon and canceled my package?? Did I miss something here?? WS that my fault??? She debited my account 9 days early 2 months in a row and points to the contract where it states... WE as a customer must notify them in writing 10 days before canceling ?? Nothing about them taking our $ whenever they want?? Not to mention ... I'm the 5th person this week she has either done this too OR charged twice??? Think twice before u go in there!!! She is a thief and won't give you your money back ... Oh yea then she calls l her innocent employees because she knows she made a huge mistKe and threatens to fire them if they call or even tell the other business partner!! What a joke she is?! Karma!

Worst place ever!!!!! Never go there I went there and the front desk person who claims was the owner put me in the tanning bed for 20 minutes and never told me and now i am severely burned and I am sick. An owner would be able to judge whether or not the time let alone tell you how long your going to be in there and not rude to their clients. Then when my mother called, she was rude to her and would not refund my money back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS EVER!!!!!
