I bought a car from this dealership last year. When purchasing the car I always got call backs. Once everything was said and done customer service dropped off the face of the earth! I wasn't aware that an extended warranty was added to my purchase until almost a year later. I have tried for several weeks now to cancel this sneaky "add on" and have failed to get a call back. I talked to a woman one time who gave me an attitude once she learned what I was calling for. Still waiting for the paperwork in the mail. A shady dealership altogether. I will NOT be buying my next car here!
