If you are seeking a car dealership whose dealer has both integrity and professionalism, l highly recommend Caron's East End Auto in South Burlington.

Four years ago, l bought a second-hand van for a very reasonable price for its model, year and mileage from Larry Caron of East End Auto. Today this van is still running and reliable with very few repairs needed.

Larry was polite, knowledgeable and low-key in selling me a good used car that has served me well over these last several years. He showed a (1) willingness with a (2) solid "follow- through" in addressing a concern that l had about the van at the time of purchase and rectified it.

I am in need of a second vehicle now and did not hesitate today , August 31, 2017 - to seek out Larry Caron, whose professional judgment and knowledge about cars l trust implicitly. You get the sense that this gentleman genuinely cares about his customers and their satisfaction from the cars he sells them.

In my book, East End Auto, is the gold standard and its owner , Larry Caron , adheres to the highest standards in car dealerships not just in Vermont- but in the whole USA. I have had the experience of buying a number of cars in my lifetime in many different states and dealt with many types of car professionals. Larry takes pride in his cars as well as in both his integrity and knowledge of vehicles and their value .

To me, no question: East End Auto is the place to shop for a vehicle and Larry Caron is the "go- to guy" in this business.

I have never written a review for anyone or any business before, but after the mind blowing experience I had at Caron's Auto I just have to share my amazing story.
After hunting for a decent used vehicle through countless agencies,dealerships, online owners, specials, promises etc. I came across an ad for Caron's. There I saw the vehicle I had been thinking about, I couldn't believe this car was priced right because I knew it was well below Kelly's Blue Book.

I called and talked to Larry, the owner and the next day or so I showed up at East End Auto. The vehicle was sitting inside Larry's shop, all shiny, clean, and pretty much looked like a new car.
I just want you to know that this was the best, easiest, most pleasurable car buying experience of my life. And I'm talking 40 yrs. or more and many, many vehicles.
Larry was polite, casual, easy going and informative. There was no hidden fees or problems with the car. It was a great feeling to know I could actually trust this man with his word, no pushing or fast talking. It was just as he said it would be.

Not to worry, Larry worked with me and helped me to get everything together. I was exuberant, excited, in disbelief that it was really mine!. What an awesome guy, I would have never guessed there were still men ( people) like this around, and I had found one!! It obviously wasn't all about this sale, or the money he might make, it was all about customer service, but it was much more than that. It returned the faith I'd lost in dealing with people that had something to sell that I needed! He was genuine, how rare!
At a time when I had lost my faith in humanity at these levels, Larry stepped into my life just long enough to restore that trust!
So if you're looking for a great deal, with an awesome car dealership, and an opportunity to meet a real human where customers come first, then I invite you to stop in at Caron's East End Auto and ask for Larry!!
