I have been using Chappell's Florist for years . Whenever I have called the staff have always been polite and very helpful . They always use the freshest of flowers and they have always outlasted any of the competitors . Their delivery is second to none , when they give you a time frame for the delivery it has always been there . I would recommend them to anyone and have on many occasions.

For a surprise wedding anniversary, I specified in writing that the flowers were to be delivered between 4-6pm. At around 1:15 pm as I was setting up the surprise party, the flowers were delivered. This almost wrecked the fun. I called Chappell and the owner was not apologetic and she didn't even try to contact me by phone or e-mail to see if a much earlier delivery would be alright. I cancelled the order. So much as to BUYING LOCAL.

I been doing business with Chappells Florist since my high school prom in the 70s. They did my wedding flowers a few years later and they continue to be my florist now. They are the best in the area
