For over 20 years, the Poulin Family of Washington, Vermont has owned and operated Poulin Auto pre-owned vehicle dealerships. The company initially began with a modest inventory of only 20 cars in Barre, Vermont, but has since expanded with a second location in South Burlington, Vermont. Between the two locations, the company now boasts a vast selection of over 200 vehicles.

The growth of the company is primarily due to a trustworthy reputation as pre-owned vehicle specialists and a commitment to service. From the very first day of operation, founder Norm Poulin has strived to make every person who has stepped onto a Poulin Auto lot a customer for life. Today, because of the company's 20 years of unwavering dedication to that philosophy, almost all do.

Poulin family members who operate the business include owners Norm and Stacy Poulin, and their daughters Stephanie (Vice President) and Kylie (Service Advisor). The company employs nearly 40 people, including key managers like Jeff Hall, Sales Manager in Barre and Service Managers Jody Holt in South Burlington and and Ron Bryson in Barre.

Was hesitant to come into this dealership because of the reviews on here. However, I did notice the dates on the reviews were from a couple years ago so I figured I'd give them a shot.

WOW. They informed me that the owner hired an entirely new staff and this place has completely changed my perception of the car buying process.
The entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They did everything in their power to make my dream car work for me and my budget. If I could leave me more stars and a higher rating, I would.

I HIGHLY recommend checking Poulin Auto out for your next vehicle purchase.

Horrible!!!!

These people are a joke. Wanna buy a car from drug addicts? Be my guest. You walk into the dealership and all you smell pot. They smoke in all the cars. And most of all, they will rip you off!!!!!

The worst service out there, p...

The worst service out there, period. Out of the 8 months we've owned our Jeep Wrangler, it's been in the shop for 4 of those weeks. We purchased the optional warranty coverage for an extra $60 a month and it seems to be completely worthless. Most recently we brought the Jeep in because of a grinding noise and were told for a week that they were waiting on approval from the warranty company.. Eventually I got a call explaining that the warranty wasn't covering the work but that the parts were still covered and they'd be replacing the transmission "on [them]." We picked the Jeep up and drove it home only to discover that once we got on the highway there was a vibration moving through the front end, a condition that wasn't there when we dropped it off. The next morning the sound was WORSE than before we brought it in. They haven't provided any paperwork with the service they completed this time or previously. Stay away from this dealership at all costs or you'll end up regretting it from day one, just like me.
