We had placed an order with Project Graphics on Friday, Feb. 16 for 75 new lamp post banners at a cost of $4,167.65. To speed up production a check for payment in full was overnighted on Wednesday, Feb. 28.
After payment was sent, regular communication completely stopped. The sales department (Diana Matson) who regularly checked in has not returned a call or email since February. However, I still get email solicitations from their email campaigns to order additional products. I was able to exchange emails with Greg McKim a number of times, but without any firm update on the status of my banners that I had order and well beyond the date of the event that they were requested for repeatedly prior to ordering via email and phone. Was told production would take no longer than three weeks. Last communication from Project Graphics was on March 23 from Vice President Greg McKim stating that they had already started production and could not refund my money. He blamed failure to produce the banners on losing 6 days of production because of snow. I requested proof of such production started, but have received nothing from multiple phone calls and emails. I have been out additional out of pocket expenses due to the failure of this company to deliver. It is my understanding that they have since closed their production facility in Burlington, VT. As of 4/19/2018, product has not been delivered nor has anyone followed up with me since March.
