Ej is one of the most awesome people you will ever meet to teach you about how to shoot, gun safety, what gun are best for you to use. he is probably one of the most experienced gun trainers in the state imo, if anyone thinks that can't learn something from ej, they are sorely lacking the understanding of 30 years hard gained knowledge on using a firearm in self defense the man has. My family has known ej forever, when i took his class i was working armed security he spent extra time teaching me things for my job and how to shoot better defensively, even when he didn't have too. He truly want every to have the ability to defend themselves legally. What a lot of people don't understand is there is loop holes in not having a permit in constitutional carry in wv, that can lead to possible fines, and maybe jail.

When you spend 26 years making a business a good one, of course I am concerned with the new law's damage to it. I am now all that is left. When I finally quit due to lack of revenue who then will teach the hundreds of people who have been robbed, raped or threatened and have never touched a firearm? I guess they will just have to read the instructions that don't come with their firearm. When something destroys what you have worked hard for, then we'll see who's crying about it. If you want a real review just call Kanawha County Sheriff's Department and ask them if I do a good job or not. I would love to know if Steve A. has actually taken my course. If he has, he has every right to give me one star if he feels that way. If he hasn't then he needs to take down his comments and his one star rating. Because you give 1 star work at your job doesn't mean all of us do.

While I generally support the concept of training, anyone with an Honorable Discharge and no felonies should not be required to take this or any course; we've been there already.

His recent article damning the legislation that would eliminate training requirement shows only that he fears loss of income.
