Staff very rude and doesn't know enough to help customer's

Visited the Charleston WV store on several occasions and was shocked by the lack of service.I was there to purchase a a Large Rabbit Hutch and extra supplies,two employees watched me trying to get it off the shelf and into the buggy. All they did was stare at me struggling to get it in my buggy. I had already got the supplies need for my Cat,Ferrets, Guinea Pigs , Dumbo Rats And African Gray Parrot . In my buggy I already had well over $250 worth of product,not including the rabbit hutch I was intending to buy. After that I took my buggy to the front of the store ,left it with the cashier and walked out not making a single purchase.

The management there is terrible. I couldn't get any assistance from them but luckily the associates pick up all their slack. I saw them speaking to an associate and they are also rude to workers.

I think this is the most wonderful business I have ever had the pleasure to go to. The store is so clean. Everyone that works there is so dedicated to their job. They donate so much time, money and space to rescue animals. Who else does that?

We have taken our dog to this petsmart to be groomed numerous times. We were always happy with their services. However, the LAST time we took him there we had MANY problems:

- We had a 12:30 appointment, they said he wouldn't be done for 3 HOURS, and never called us when the dog was finished. We would not have known he was done if we did not call them.

- We witnessed groomers yelling at other dogs.

- We paid $35 for the worst hair cut our dog has ever gotten. They shaved uneven patches all over his tail, and did not even touch the hair on his face.

We will never bring our dog back there, nor would we recommend anyone else bring their dog there.
