In my job I need a lot of electronics repaired. My go-to repair shop is JWK! Justin and his staff have always gone above and beyond to provide quality work, quickly, and at a very fair price! They also have all kinds of used items, TV's, DVD players, VCRs, stereo systems and more, and here's the kicker: they always have the proper remote included! I always recommend this store to everybody!

Justin was prompt, did a excellent job, price was very reasonable. I felt he was knowledgeable & interested in his work. I would have no qualms about referring him. My only problem was it took several days for him to return my call requesting a service call but when he did answer he was able to give me prompt service.

These guys repaired an item (quickly and cheaply) that I had more or less given up as a loss. They did an amazing job, and I highly, highly recommend this business to anyone! Great service!

Can you find the screen parts and fix the above model television? The screen was cracked by a wii remote. There appears to be two screens and both are cracked.

....these are your guys! Personnaly,I can say I've had serveral items fixed and/or refurbished by the pleasant couple that own and operate JWK.Sometimes I drop an item and get it back the next day! In perfect working order with a warranty! They also sale great looking refubished home electronics , that also come with warranty,such as big and small tv's,stereo equiptment,and more, in their store/shop,conveinently located off Jeff Davis Hwy,which is pretty easy for anyone.They even offered to deliver the big screen my mother perchased and hooked it up when they got it there ,all for free!! I'll admit once in a while i may have to wait a couple weeks to get an item back but at least I know they're being thorough,not rushing,test properly,and making sure it gets the correct parts.And if its not worth fixing , this guy will give you all your options.I realize they have many other costumers as well , which tells me , he must be doing his job very well:)

These guys could not make a decision, nor could they provide a concise plan of how to conduct the analysis for repair. If you're seeking to deal with competent proffesionals, these are not your guys.
