Not to be trusted very shady place and bad customer service. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT

I know!!! I paid for a job to get done and they did not do it and wouldnt give me my money back. And the owner had a nasty attitude.

They are unprofessional . They are the reason I do not have a car! They will try to get over on women. Carlos is the guy that works there. I've called the police on him and filed a lawsuit. I'm telling u DO NOT go there. For YOUR own good. Thanks

Don't bother. The owner is a completely unprofessional and cannot be trusted. I've had several repairs done here and the last time I did I asked him for a receipt for the alternator he "said" he bought from ACME and he gave me a hard time about it. If you have any questions or not sure about things this guy doesn't like answering questions. He promised to get the receipt to me when I picked up my car and it wasn't there. When I called to ask for it he got mad as if I had no right to ask for it. Then he got mad and said he didn't want my business anymore. DO YOU THINK THIS GUY HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE? I was told by someone at one of the car parts store that this guy is not to be trusted. The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F". I will never do business with them again.

best place i ever took my car.they where very helpfull.they showed me what was wrong with my car.they took the time to explaine how everything work.the pricing was the best.after they gave me a price i thought i would call around and see if i could find a better price.i couldnt so i told them to fix it they told me it would take about 2-3 hrs.they asked if they could drive me home.i said if i go home i cant get back they said no problem.well pick you back up.it was the best experiance ive have at a auto shop in years.i would send all my freinds and famaily there good job juys at muffler man.keep up the good work.thank you
