Dr O rocks! I had been by the practice before she took over and left without being seen as the staff was awful. I heard that the practice was under new management and took a chance and could not be happier. Dr O and her team are the best and we now go to her exclusively, thx Dr O!!!

I am very sorry you were not pleased with our service on your last visit. Our prices have not really changed except for some medications. We have actually lowered the prices on vaccines. We will be glad to go over any questions or concerns you may have , at anytime ( including charges). Change is very difficult especially when it comes to your pets, but all our staff and Doctors stive to provide good quality care. Let us know if we can help.

there will never be a more honest, sincere,caring vet in volusia county or any where as far as I am concerned. On many occasions not only has he helped MY babies but I had to bring a friends baby to b put down and he still was supportive and caring(she was not even a client). I have sent MANY MANY people to Dr. Tom and he always welcomes them with with a caring heart...not a open bank account like the rest of the vets around.(DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO ANYONE ELSE)

Tom has handle lots of animals for me. He is a very caring and competent Vet. He does alot of volunteering for low price shots etc. I had a neighbor who had a doberman that had a cancer on his neck the size of a soccer ball and they couldn't afford to have him worked on. I took him to Tom and he removed the cancer and spent 45 minutes inside his neck removing what couldn't be seen of the cancer. Knowing the families financial situation he only charged them $120.00. Ray(the dog) also had to come in off hours because the stiches or staples broke loose and he didn't even charge them. I personally have had probably 40 dogs to him. I can highly recommend him.

Dr Freiberg is one of the greatest animal Drs in Florida or that I have ever known. Extremely caring, understanding, and incredibly knowledgable...a great all around person and Dr. We need more Drs like him...sometimes a little tough to get through on his phone lines..but that just says he's in such high demand. and always with emergencies that Ive had..Ive always just walked in with no problems...truely a great Dr. Ive always been nothing but confident bring my furbabies into the best

I love Dr. F..when my cocker champ was sick he helped me thru it all till the end..I could not have done it without him..Now my other dog is getting older and he is the only Dr. I feel i can rely on...The Best Dr. in the area...I travel from deland to come see this Dr. because he makes the right decisions and knows what he is talking about...The staff are very caring and understanding also...It is always a pleasure....

Dr. F is very nice and truly LOVES his patients! He diagnosed my dog's allergy and treated her properly. (This after 3 other area vets diagnosed her wrong!) Knowledge and empathy, that is what makes all the difference when seeking a vet. If someone is unhappy with the office staff they should tell Dr. F, not give HIM a bad review!

I know that I can always count on them to be there for me, I have never had a bad encounter with Dr. Tom or any of his staff. They are always thorough and make sure you understand what is going on. Dr. Frieburgh has done so much to help ppl with their babies and the local community. I tell everyone to make sure to call him because he is top notch.

Extremely Rude Customer Service and impossible to get in touch with on the phone. Dr himself is wonderful, but you rarely even talk to or see him personally. Office is totally disorganized and smells horrible when you walk in the door!
