I went to Jimmy Johns in Daytona Thursday night and asked for my usual Gargantuan Sandwich along with my wife's order which is around $25.00. I asked to replace the roast beef, which I do not like, with ham. I have been there several times and also the Pt. Orange store and it has never been a problem. All of a sudden the manager on duty, which has done this several times, Raises his hands up and says he can't do it...no no no, he just can't do it anymore....as if I was asking for the moon????? It really didn't matter to me if he just deleted the roast beef but he made such a big deal about switching it I felt very violated as a customer. I am in retail and deal with customers all the time so it surprised me how rude he was to me and my wife. Well I know I can live without Jimmy John's in my life...You have just lost my large family's business over 50 cents worth of meat...wait a minute, Roast beef costs more than ham does.....pretty lousy way to treat your customers.
