First they mix up the wedding dates by telling me one day is available. Then they changed their mind and says it wasn't. I had made arrangements and dated bracelets so I had to call and complain to have it fixed. Finally the date was right, but the whole staff had attitudes the whole ceremony. They rushed through it and had it over with as soon as possible. You cant bring your own photographer so your forced to use kayla who was rude to my parents. My mom asked to do a picture with me 3 times and she completely ignored her. Once it was over I waited 3 months to receive my photos. Sent letter after letter after the 45th day asking for updates since it was only to take up to 45 days. Every email was ignored, but they sure were jonny on the spot to take my money. Finally after i received my pictures, they didn't even edit them. What exactly was the hold up then? I had to personally edit each and every one of the photos. This company is a joke, i would never recommend going through them. They are to coward to even respond to emails to make it right. Use a different company, save the hassle.
