Just thought you should know. Well i wish i could say my latest experience was a great one at Baystate Ford, Inc. 703 Washington Street, South Easton, MA 02375 I do like the Ford Product for my work trucks but you are as in my business only as good as your team. I bought a 2011 150 with 36000 miles that was supposed to have a as described 172 point rigorous dealership inspection?? really After i have barely made my second paymentI have put about 1500 dollars into the vehicle as the dealership would not cover these items , not to mention it is going back for a drive shaft on Monday that thank god ford will cover, yet another trick by the dealership to charge ford for the labor. As a small businessman for over 28 years i simply cannot afford to take the time for this type of mediocrity from others and will not in good faith recommend this dealership and quite possible a ford truck. I can tell you one thing having a small business that i am responsible for everything for A-Z has taught me many things about my customers and what they expect from my work and my actions and that is. The buck stops with me and in the corporate world whether you are talking Ford or Verizon, It's all about taking responsibility for your actions. We all make mistakes It how you handle it. I purchased my new F150 from Baystate Ford. Not your typical dealership. Mike Shaw was friendly and knowledgeable. It was great start to finish. No problems at all.

I had the easiest car buying experience ever. Everything from start to finish was upfront and honest. The salesman Mike Shaw even went the extra mile to make sure everything was all set after the sales. He resolved all my issues quickly that I had with the used vehicle I purchased. Overall, our entire buying experience was great. The facility was beautiful. The salesman Mike Shaw was very informative and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend heading down to baystate ford and seeing Mr. Shaw. The finance department was great to work with also. Explained everything thoroughly.

I stopped in Baystate to check out the new Fusion with my mother. I pretty much had my heart set on a Sonata. We met Mike Shaw who showed us everything about the new Fusion. He spent a lot of time going over every feature in the car before we even drove it. We went back next week and made a deal with Mike. He made the entire experience enjoyable. Thanks Mike!!

I had such a great experience purchasing my 2014 Focus here last month. Matt was my salesman. He was straight forward, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions before I drove away in my new car. Bill, the sales manager, made sure I was given the best value for my trade and was very helpful with my car buying experience. I signed all of the paperwork with the finance manager Toni. She was very personable and knew her products (I had LOTS of questions!). I enjoyed every step of my experience with BAYSTATE FORD and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends!



If you are in the market for a car you should DEFINITELY check this dealership out, you won't regret it!

LOOK AT THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATING if you need further proof of their character.

Took my deposit, and then sold the car to someone else!

I am an out of state buyer who wired a “large” deposit on a used vehicle on a Friday, with the agreement the remaining balance would be sent Monday via Fed-Ex as my bank will not wire entire balances without guarantee of title. The dealership sent all the purchase orders, etc. to my bank with an agreed price. On Monday, while at the bank I requested a fax of the title to indicate it was free of any liens. Within minutes a received a “dear john” note stating they sold the car to a local buyer.

Nick accepted my down payment via wire, stated the vehicle was now mine, send the money first thing Monday morning. My sales person Gary Walker presented a weak explanation that they had not received full payment in time. I then spoke to Ronnie Eames, the General Manager who has absolutely no fair business practice or values. Another weak or rather cowardice explanation of being burned by buyers and a verbal over the phone agreement holds no merit. A large down payment, non-refundable airline ticket, hotel reservations, and insurance did not demonstrate the fact that I was a motivated buyer.

They advertise in national trade magazines, but fold when an out of state buyer comes to the table. I am filing a claim with the Attorney General Office of Massachusetts and a complaint to Ford headquarters.
