Excellent care of our poor Maggie who got into my son's chocolate... Really appreciate their caring approach, honesty and skillful care.

We just recently had to put our 19 year old cat down and they were amazingly sympathetic and understanding today we received a sympathy card from them, how amazing the staff was to us!

We took our dog their cause he got hit by a car,they wernt able to work something out with me to save him they said it would be about 3,000 for surgery i paid that day about 500 we had to put him down so we wanted to get him cremated and they were aware of it,we paid for cremation and when they went to pick him up they couldnt find the body they just tossed him as if he meant nothing to us,so we have a bill for 500.and we dont even have the last of our beloved puppy they are horrible and irresponsible people that work their,i am so mad
