Air conditioning work has been on all types of systems including split dx, package to 140 tons, 4 pipe hydronic, refrigeration systems, thermal storage, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, hot water boilers, steam boilers and all related equipment. Plumbing includes waste, water, restaurants grease waste, medical gases, oshpad, rain water systems. Our principal engineers work directly with customers to insure effective communication. Provide design and construction drawings on autocad 2011that meet the highest standards.We provide Energy Audits, Modeling of buildings on energy pro for title 24 submittals, cooling & heating load calculations on trane trace 700., Mechanical Engineering Consulting Services which include: HVAC-Airconditioning, heating and ventilation, designs for new, retrofit and tenant improvement for small to large projects. Offices, industrial buildings, data centers, computer centers, and laboratories.Plumbing: Provide designs for shell, offices, medical facilities, including sanitary waste water, water, gas systems, medical gases, grease and acid waste lines. Calculations: We provide title 24 calculations and submittalsusing Energy Pro for envelope and mechanical for residential and non-residential projects. We provide autocad drawings as required by our clients.
