If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. I came here after my wife was given a flyer ( I later found out this was at the local swapmeet). They say they can offer cheap rates, but these are for cash payments, your insurance pays full price.

My personal bad incident is when I went for my 2nd and last procedure. I informed them the previous time that I was swapping employers and my insurance would only be valid till the end of the month. They agreed and said they would take care of everything. I get a call a week into the new month from them stating that I owe them ~$72 dollars, due to THEIR clerical error and not charging the insurance.

I went on to clarify this and even asked to speak to the office manager, who reassured that she would take care of it.

It was not till a year later while doing my yearly credit report that I see that they sent off the $72 to collections.

Add to it the fact that my new dentist stated that there was no need to do some of the work that they did, especially given the application ( using epoxy filling due to the aesthetics, even though it is not recommended by the manufacturer in a high stress area).

STAY AWAY.

I love this dental office. I have PPO insurance and had visited another office before coming to San Remo. I needed a deep cleaning, rootcanal, crown and fillings. My friend referred me to San Remo, I'm glad I came here because they charged my way less than the other dentist wanted to charge me for the same work. Below are my Pros and Cons of this office:

PROS:
Office very clean.
Front staff friendly and knowledgable.
Dentist is gentle and caring.
Reasonable prices.

CONS:

I took my 3 kids to San Remo dental. The front staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I love the patience and kindness they gave my 3 kids. Dr. Kerby was very gentle and kind, he made my kids laugh. I was surprised that none of my kids cried and trust me they had several cavities. Since I was so pleased with the overall experience, I scheduled an appointment for myself. My kids left the office happy with a toy and a toothbrush. I highly recommend this office. This is the best dental office I have visited.

Mi novio me refirió a san remo dental cuando llegue a la Oficina las muchachas de enfrentó fueron muy ambles y mi dieron crédito sin interés y los precios estan baratos compararlo con otras oficinas. El doctor Kurby es un buen doctor me iso mucho trabajo dental y no sentí nada de dolor. Estoy my feliz con la oficina.

I went to San Remo dental with a bad tooth ache. I will start by saying that I'm very scared of the dentist. My plans were to only get medication for the pain. After speaking to I think her name was Anita, she reassured me that Dr.Baker has a gentle hand and convince me to have the root canal. She was right the dentist was awesome. I didn't feel any pain, not even the shot. I scheduled another appointment for the rest of my treatment. I highly recommend this office. The service was great. I no longer fear the dentist. Once again Thank you San Remo Dental for helping me over come my fear.
