I have been going to Elements for the past 5 years and drive from the city! The service and quality of work this salon produces is well worth the trip! I would HIGHLY recommend this salon to anyone! I already have 6 friends going to them and would say the same! Nice job Elements, keep up the great work!

I would not recommend this spa to anyone since I made my appointment two weeks prior. When I checked back with Elements to confirm my appointment, they could not find it, and they also could not give me an explanation what happened. I could not rebook my appointment at the same time since it was taken by another party. The manager advised me that in my place was eight waxings instead of my one facial. Now I understand why Elements decided to book another party in my place. Money! Eight waxings would bring in more money than one facial. All the manager could say is, "Good luck," when I advised him I would tell people about my bad experience. All I can say is Good Luck to you, Elements, when you go out of business for providing poor customer service! No one will miss you!
