Dr. Kemperas is great - easy to talk to and work with. Bonus if you're a metalhead - you and the good doctor will have much to talk about! I've been two years in a row and I'm definitely going to keep going back.This time, after ordering, Carolyn called to notify me that my frame ended up being backordered in the color I wanted. But, she also offered to provide me the same frame in another color and switch my lenses when the correct frame came in. I don't need my new glasses that quickly, but that's service! The selection of glasses (as a male) might leave a bit to be desired, but that's about the only negative I can say.

Staff talks about other customers that just walked out of the office and are constantly on their cell phone.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Kemparas is friendly and thorough.
