Will NEVER go to another jewelry store again. Me and my boyfriend have both purchased jewelry from here and have been so pleased with not only our purchases but with Jacqueline. She has fixed any flaws I've came into her with, without any trouble. Our engagement rings will definitely be purchased and customized here. I cannot speak highly enough about them. We went in on a spur of the moment, and left a forever costumer! I cannot wait for more purchases to come.

I came into this store recently to inquire about a necklace. I'd read great reviews about this place and I spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone who said I should stop by. When I arrived, a woman behind the counter was helping someone else. I didn't mind waiting my turn, so I looked around. After 5 minutes went by, she finally sighed and came over to ask me what I needed. As I explained the issue to her, I noticed that she kept glancing back at the customer she was helping. Though I found this rude, I tried to appreciate that she didn't want to keep anyone waiting, even me. But I could sense her irritation. With each question I asked, her exasperation grew. My problem was inconsequential compared to a larger sale she was making on the other side of the store. I get that, but as a customer, I felt uncomfortable and pressured to make a decision quickly. Feeling rushed, I ultimately left without making a purchase. I'm sure this was an unfortunate circumstance... I get the feeling that this is a nice family business that usually treats their regular customers well, but that was not my experience as a potential new customer. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but know that I will take my future business somewhere that I am treated with respect.

I TOOK MY RING FOR A REPAIR AND THE WORK WAS POORLY DONE..VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE COST FOR REPAIR WAS SKY HIGH!.....NEVER AGAIN.......THE WOMAN THAT WORKS FROM THIS JEWELRY SHOP WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. IT SAD BUT TRUE.

Got my wife's engagement ring here, the people were very friendly and helpful. You get the attention and expertise that you want. My wife constantly gets compliments on her ring...Guess I did good :)

THE best service and customer care i have ever received from a jeweler. I had gone to jared and others for my wedding band and found them unhelpful and unwilling to meet my needs. Richards was truly a breath of fresh air, and instead of getting something in a case, i had them make me exactly what i wanted! HIGHLY recommended, i couldnt be happier.
