It is a small shop but they seemed to have a good variety of live bait. We went there today (Sunday afternoon) for nightcrawlers, but they had red worms and several tubs of minnows. La Fox is actually South State St in South Elgin. Very nice people.

Only bait or tackle store in this area left with live minnows. a great variety of minnow sizes. Check out the new "red minnows" he started carrying last year. I used them for trout last fall and the trout would bite them when they became finicky and would not bite anything else. He also has some hand made wallyeye/muskie lures that I'm dying to try the spring.
