Worse customer service. The supervisor María Elena is the least professional person I have came across. I called with a complaint and she told me, they weren’t at fault and put the blame on us. She kept me on hold for even minutes while she spoke to someone about my call and I was able to hear all about it. And I could hear what she was complaining about another customer and about my call. Never going back there again not for business related of personal.

every time I'm in need they NEVER fail even when last minute. Cakes are superb! thanks Elizabeth's.
