Took our Panasonic 50" plasma TV for repairs and they promised to have it fixed in a few days. Days turned into weeks, then months, as they claimed to have it needed sent to a specialist in Santa Monica. In the end, it was never repaired due to lack of experience, skills, and parts, obviously. It was returned without the original speak installed on top of that. Went back to get the speaker and forgot to pack the screws, as well. In addition, it came back with a few scratches/scrapes on the frame of the TV. We took it to the manufacturers service office and it was fixed within 2 days and inexpensively. I would NEVER take anything there again nor refer their services to anyone ever.v
