I hate this place!
The office people, looking for parking EVERY DAY, roaches, threats of towing your car from your own assigned parking space (yes, you have ONE assigned parking space you have to drive around to find parking for any additional car). The office will give you a hard time when trying to get an apartment here making it seem like these are some kind of fancy apartments and only wealthy people live here but once you move here you see nothing but drug dealers and gangsters. I don't understand why they give you such a hard time when you submit a application. Unfortunately I'm under a contract but I advise you never consider moving here there's never parking other neighbors park in your parking space and management does nothing about it. There's always some repair going on in the building so they are forever in and out of your apartment and of course they have keys, they are always asking for you to park in the street or leave your apartment for couple of hours. To make matters worse its very expensive. They charge you from keys. To remote controls. And if for whatever you decide to move in make sure you have a money order because they will charge you a fee for paying with a debit card or personal check.
