Arlen is the best! I have very light blonde hair bleached from a very dark brown. This almost platinum level of blonde is not easy to achieve without double bleaching or ending up orange but she manages to get it right in one try every single time. She does my roots every other month at an amazing and unbeatable price and does an awesome job. She always gets me in last minute and is even willing to come in early or stay late to fit into my schedule. She is very personable, friendly and nice. She always leaves my hair looking pretty and healthier than when I arrived. She is truly amazing and I will not go to anyone else!

It takes a person with good sense of fashion and good looks to know when you have found a great hair stylist. Arlene is the best by far...unfortunately there are people out there who are full of negativity and can't see anything good even if it stood right in front of them. Pro Image is small, but full of friendliness, professionalism and above all...it's welcoming! If you want to be blonde then you definitely need to visit Pro Image...

The worse servise I have ever receive the mexican woman that was their I beleive her name was Arlen every unprofessinal . I decide to go to these salon because my girlfriend lives close to the area and since i will get marry this fall I needed a new hair style. Since the moment I entered the place(very small not nice at all) she gave me a dirty look. Things were not what I expected.I ask a couple of question and was to busy for me.She did'nt answer them and I left.I did continue searching for a better quality salon and found it in Norwalk.
