I have been attending this church since July of 2014. I like the church and especially Pastor Steve Van Dixon. I have even donated a freezer to Teen Challenge. Last Sunday however I was offended by a remark that a gentlemen expressed after he had attended the beginner class.

While he said he learned alot he said that it was God's plan to bring African Americans to Am as slaves. Maybe I should not be offended but I was or maybe I misunderstood him. This will not prevent my coming to the church but I wanted to express this.

This was the first church that my daughter did not complain about going to. She was actually disappointed to have to leave. Great childcare as well. We all look forward to Pine Knolls filling our spiritual cup each week.
