Provided by YP.comThe Sales Rep is very pushy, and makes you sign the contract or else you lose the deal. They sent illegal immigrants to my house from Queens, NY to work on my house. They sub contract the job to other carpet installers. They didn't finish the installation and wouldn't leave my house until they decided to forge my signature. I called and complained to Empire for 2 years now for them to finish the installation or issue me a refund on the carpet I already paid for. In the end it is not worth it, the company is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.
