Horrible service never show up don't return phone calls incorrect diagnosis on repair problem. They are an authorized LG repair contractor. Replaced compressor leaks Freon after they installed a new one they keep denying the problem and telling me its a bad computer board which they also replaced once. STAY AWAY

I called and made an appointment, paid the service and waited for the parts but they never came back or answered the phone after receiving the check. stay away from these people.

Terrible experiences. Almost three months and they haven't fixed my fridge yet. They make appointments without checking with you. Half the time do not show up. Never answer the phone. Bring the wrong parts. There are long delays when you don't hear from them. Quite possible the worse company I have ever dealt with

Tech show up found I have bad compressor on LG Refrig he order compressor and had installed 2 day after no complaints. Very fast services

My service call was scheduled through LG. Repairman arrived promptly first time, stated a part needed to be ordered and it's been downhill since! Scheduled a service call, repairman never showed. Spoke with Juan who never apologized and rescheduled for the following day. No repairman ever showed again. When I contacted LG to complain, they transferred me to general who acted like it wasn't any big deal that they held me up for 2 days. When I said that they didn't even show me the courtesy of contacting
Me when they failed to show, there wasn't any apology, only excuses. I thought they were a reputable and reliable company. Guess only when it's convenient.
