Bed bugs! I stayed there on 11/25 and got bit up by bed bugs. I also saw roaches and the refrigerator in my room did not work. Complained to the front desk, but the lady was very rude and didn't even apologize. This was after I showed her the bites on my arms and legs. What a dump. This place used to be nice, but I guess the owner gave up on keeping it clean. It's disgraceful that business owners no longer take pride in their establishments.
