I sent an expensive custom-made rug to Revita to be cleaned and they ruined it. Revita offered to pay roughly 25% of the replacement cost and said if I want more than what was offered to sue him.

My 2 rugs had many years of use in my home and my old dog was not very kind to them either. I never thought they would return to me looking so clean and look almost new and fresh. Great service and I will definitely recommend them.

We were concerned that any cleaning company could remove the dirt and animal urine from our expensive rugs including a rare handmade Mongolian treasure that our Irish wolfhound adopted one day. To our complete amazement, the rugs were returned within one day spotlessly clean and new-looking. The colors are vibrant and they look as if they had just been bought brand-new. Whatever process your company is using is certainly the best. Our pleasure at the quality of your work and the professionalism of your employees cannot be overstated. They arrived on time, entered with foot protection and latex gloves, moved all furniture carefully and took out our four large rugs quickly. The next day they returned and reinstalled the revitalized rugs in record time. I must say, we are very pleased and impressed with your service and the quality of your work.
