I've gone a few times to ochoa day spa in south Hadley, and quite unfortunate this may be my last. I had asked for a specific aesthetician, and when I went there, for my service, I had a blonde girl, who obviously didn't know me. Not the person I requested, maybe the girl I asked for was out sick. Who knows. She seemed like she was in a rush, first impression. She brought me into her room, which was nice and relaxing. The facial started off nice, until I felt like I was a burden to her, and especially when I didn't upgrade my facial. I was cold through the whole massage, and very tense. The facial did not last 60 minutes, as I thought I was getting. Needless to say, she referred me to products, that would have cost me a half of weeks paycheck, and seemed as though rushing to get me out of the door. Don't request the blonde short haired girl at ochoa, I'm sure there are others that will treat you like a real person and not a payment to her paycheck.
