Provided by YP.comThe Museum has tours on its tall masted ship, the Friends Goodwill, as well as on a racing sloop, and a turn of the century river touring boat. They have amazing artifacts from the maritime history of the Great Lakes. The museum significantly relies on volunteers to man many positions, and sometimes patience is required in the summer months.

Provided by YP.comWe planned a nice summer weekend in South Haven and as a special treat we decided to take our teenage daughters out on the sailing sloop the relplica 19th century Friends Good Will. Tickets were purchased online through Ticketweb at $30.00 each plus $16.95 handling charge. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate and our sail had to be cancelled. We were encouraged to reschedule for the next day or to receive a refund. We decided to try the next day. We arrived on time the next day and were told we were going to sail. 15 minutes later it was cancelled due to weather. This time I decided just to get a refund and try the next weekend if possible. The clerk at the podium told me that an email would be sent out to Ticketweb on Monday and that I should have my refund by Friday at the latest. I had not received anything by Thursday so I called. They informed me that they were going to call Ticketweb that day and I could call again on Friday. On Friday they still had not contacted Ticketweb and said that the guy who takes care of that was out on a boat. I had to call again in the afternoon and they still had no information for me until I spoke with the supervisor who said that someone named Sara had contacted Ticketweb that morning and that I should be getting my refund within 24 hours. Feels like a run around to me. Now they are sending me some gift certificates, which is nice, but I am not holding my breath waiting for them since I still don't have my refund. Not very good business if you ask me. The place was nice other than our experience trying to get our money back. Plus you will have to wait around a while for someone to help you. The podium was empty every time we walke in and we did not know who the patrons were and who the empolyees were. If you purchase tickets purchase from the Museum.
