RUDE office workers! Visited the SoHo office 9/22/14 & 9/23/14 because I had a questions regarding my bill. The bill listed "CoPay" charges, even though my co-pay charge was paid @ the time of my office visits. I was simply seeking clarification before I paid "double." The person who handles the payments would not come to the counter to answer my questions, instead she relayed snarky responses through the receptionist. I could hear the whole exchange, I was sitting right there in the waiting room! Then, I was told sorry "YOU" do not understand maybe we could "change" the bill to what "YOU" want it to say! My insurance did not pick up one penny of this procedure, I paid cash money out of my pocket! I was offered a copy of a transaction ledger showing all my payments, the dates and the amounts, even the co-payments that I was billed AGAIN on statements sent to my home. When I came into the office 9/23/14 to pay the bill, I could hear from the peanut gallery, "Oh the one that didn't understand her bill...." NEVER going back, I'll take my money and pay for better treatment elsewhere! :(
