Terrible experience. They charged me for a three axle alignment and only shimmed the hell out of the front axle. They did not attach alignment equipment to the wheels, and after checking front to rear wheel alignment by eye along a long stick, they (Chuck)announced that the truck was in good alignment.
I drove off after paying them 275 dollars for a three wheel alignment and 90 dollars for the shims they used, for a total of nearly 400 dollars. I thought my truck would be ok now, but was surprised to see black tire dust form down each side of my white truck.
My truck s a brand new cascadia with only 16000 miles on it at the time, so everything is tight. Their work was what caused the excessive tire wear.
Anyway, I went to another Goodyear shop to check things out, and after they checked the alignment with their computer equipment, the front axle was a full inch off, and the drives were a full 1/4 inch off! So much for Chucks alignment expertise!
Also, the cab now leans to the right and the drivers side of the truck is more than an inch higher than the passenger side! The lean is easily seen from the front! I would give this shop a negative review if it was possible. I. Will never set foot in a Goodyear shop ever again, or will I buy their tires!
My advise to you is to stay away from this shop at all costs and don’t believe the fake positive reviews put out by this shop’s family and friends.
DO NOT GO THERE! There are some reputable, honest shops around,and they are worth finding.

Dont take your truck to these rip offs they charge you for work they dont do i took my truck to get aligned turns out they never did the work had to take it to someone else. Thats real bad business if you dont know how be real with the customer never again will i recommend this shop.

Dont ever take these guys your truck they scam you and take your money. I took a truck to get aligned they charged me for it and didnt do a thing to it ended up taking to another shop to get the work done and their mechanic showed me they hadnt even touched it. So if you want to throw your money in the trash give it to these guys
