I have use MediCar companies for over 10 years and this one by far is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The driver was over an hour late picking up and the return trip was over 4 hours late for pick up. My mom was out stranded for over 4 hours. When I would call The dispatcher was extremely rude, hanging up on me and not willing to give me an ETA. At first it was a computer error he said then he blamed the dialysis center. Everyone’s fault but their own. I’m furious and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN!!
