My wife went to this store to try to exchange a blouse she was given for christmas, and when she talked to a lady in there, she was told that they didn't carry that item.

And then, and then, when she went browsing in the store, she found the exact item, and went to talk to the manager, who and gtook one at random to show her they did carry the item indeed, but the manager went rude on her and got the blouse from her hands even though that was not the exact size she wanted, and tore off all the labels from the blouse and in an agressive manner, she told her: "Here, this way you won't be able to exchange it nowhere else.

So, my wife who didn't want to argue, just took the blouse and left the store.

I wouldn't recomend anybody to buy stuff here, because they don't seem to have polite people to take care of the customers.

I chose one star, because I can't submit it without any star, but they don't deserve any one, because it seems that people goes there asking for favors instead than getting their money's worth.
