great eye doctor

Been coming here for years and Dr. Broadhead is always professional and friendly. He pronounces my name correctly and always thanks me for my business. I know its small but it goes a long way. My appointments are quick and easy. I really enjoy coming here once a year for an exam.

Every time I have gone into Dr. Broadheads office I feel very welcomed! Each time I’m there it is easy to have good conversation with all the staff! Very friendly and helpful! Great customer service! Love this place!

I wasn't able to come in for a few weeks, but when I did come back Dr. Broadhead remembered everything and exactly where we left off. He is very attentive and really cares about my eye health and comfort. He looks for what solution is best for the individual patient. Highly recommend him for anyone searching for a better solution to their vision and eye health!

I am so appreciative to Dr. Broadhead for being extremely patient with my very difficult daughter who has Autism and severe behavioral problems. We are grateful to have found him a few years ago. He is definitely a blessing in our lives. The office staff were also very understanding and helpful.

I've been seeing eye doctors for over 20 years and haven't had a better experience than with Dr Chism. Very professional, polite, knowledgable, and he got me out in a timely matter (not to mention being available early on a Saturday). Also, my new contacts arrived for fitting less than a week after my first appointment. Very rare! The reception staff is also very welcoming and accommodating... Wouldn't recommend any other eye doctor!

Dr Chism & Dr Broadhead are both great doctors. They took their time and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. Maria was very friendly and was very patient. They explained the options and did not high pressure me to make a decision. My experience was very pleasant. The office was clean and not a long wait time.

Dr Broadhead does a fantastic job , as well as everyone else in the office. I've always been well taken care of with him as my eye doctor. It's so good to work with the women in that office . I had a problem with my insurance and they worked with me and showed me that they cared. They helped me choose exactly which frames I wanted. I'd definitely recommend Progressive Eye Care, no question!
