I'm a former employee who worked for the business for almost 4 yrs. I'm saddened by how they've chosen to slander me and disrespect me. Regardless, upon leaving I did everything I could to maintain as positive of a relationship with the company as possible. I even obeyed their wishes to not let my clients know I was leaving in order to help them maintain their clientele. I will miss the many clients I met, who let me into their often most vulnerable stages in life, and allowed me to educate and guide them through their hair loss.
I will always thank creative wigs for allowing me the blessing to meet such amazing people. Thank you to every client of mine who allowed me to serve you. I appreciate and will never forget any one of you.

Those who are suffering through the Crisis of chemotherapy and hairloss in any form, need a shop where stylists are trained on how to properly care for wig hair. The stylists at creative wigs are always accommodating and love doing what they do best. They are there to give service and train themselves through daily experiences on how to better help their loyal customers.
The management could take a lesson or two in humility and communication. Its my hope going forward that management can step up to higher level of service to match that of their awesome stylists.

I have a thirteen year battle with cancer. I am a long time wig wearer as a result. I have bought many wigs at Creative Wigs and have thoroughly enjoyed the employees and service until recently. Two wigs that i purchased (same manufacturer) were defective. I was tole to have them reconditioned and I DID to the cost of $60+ dollars. I took them home and the problem was not resolved. The wonderful employee agreed with me the wigs were defective. One of the owners, Jan, was not so understanding. She was not willing to replace both wigs for one new one because "they are a small business that can not afford $200 for a new wig for me!" Are you kidding me! You want to give your money to them-do it-you want them to stand behind their wigs THINK AGAIN! I have cancer-I need the wigs. Jan, hope you feel important! Enjoy the many $200 I have given you-wouldn't want you to lose and money or sleep-you have much to clout to worry about people who make you money. Remember karma!
