My salesman Chris Warr is always just a phone call away to answer any questions I have and is always resourceful. I have bought 4 cars from him and will continue to give him my business because of the excellent customer experience.

Provided by YP.comI take my car in for service every 5000 miles. They do a complimentary inspection and sell me things like air filters, etc. I went into the service department for service that I prepaid for and they didn't rotate my tires on 3 occasions even though their checklust said they did. I took it in for a brake noise and they serviced it, checked it out and said it was fine. It made the same noise again and I discovered my inside brake pads were worn out. They have inspected it 12 other times and did not catch this. I found it with my finger. They charged me $200. I took it in for a flat twice, both times they said there was no leaks and both times I ended up getting the leaks repaired. On top of that, everytime I get service, Kia sends me a questionaire about the service. Suddenly I'm not receiving them anymore and I'm sure its because they changed my email in the computer. I love the service writers, but not the mechanics. Don't go here if you have other choices.

Specifically we have been represented by Frank Graf. We never have to worry about negotiating because Frank always gives us a fair deal. Provided by YP.comAs a seasoned car buyer I am always on my guard when buying a new car. I did my homework on the GMC pickup truck. I was ready to bite the bullet and find out more about the new out coming 2015 Sierra. I made first contact with Dave Pearson (sales manager) in January 2014 he mentioned that the 2015 can be ordered in March with new body style. I returned in March and was introduced to Jason Reinke (salesman). He guided me through the process step by step and we got all the details hammered down with all the bells and whistles we could muster. I was told the truck should take about 12 weeks to arrive and was blown away when I got the call after 6 weeks that my truck was here :-) I was very impressed with the Seiner Group. From the sales team to the accessory guys to the service department. All very professional and polite. I even found out Dave was my neighbor. 5 Stars Guys!!

Provided by YP.comWe had a few recalls that we were notified about and couldn't get the dealer we originally purchased the car from to do them. So we called Jerry Seiner in South Jordan and the service rep was very helpful. He ordered our parts and had them installed in no time! I would recommend Jerry Seiner South Jordan 100%.

Provided by YPmobilePurchased a used car in December 2014. 3 months in ownership I took the car in because it was having transmission issues. GM knows this is an issue with this vehicle and the dealer is well aware of the problem as well. After speaking with my salesman they offer to buy the car back for 10k less. Cost to fix the car was 5k. The salesman basically said they only care about making a profit in the service dept. basically they were trying to push/bully me I to fixing the car first. I will never go to this dealer again. They knew this car had an issue with the wave plate in the transmission when they sold it to me. Than after they sold it to me they basically tried to drain more money out of my pocket to fix an issue they are well aware of. GM does not sell parts to rebuild 2008 Acadias because the transmission was such a failure. After my research this is something they are trying to sweep under the rug rather than fix. Ultimately they only care about profit and not customers. They are in business to make a profit no matter what happens to the customer. I was willing to take a financial lose on this vehicle but not be told that I needed to pay 10k than they will consider making things right. Lucky that I took the high road and went somewhere else to do business with a company that cares. Jerry seiner is not a company I will ever consider to do business with. After my visit they services my oil change for 170$ And they didn't even vacuum or top of other fluids. Jiffy lube does that for 50$.
