I have been coming here for years and definitely not coming back. The wait time was ok, but the receptionists and the guy that checked my blood pressure was really snotty. They were saying some rude comments as I walked past. As I was sitting waiting for the the doctor I heard some girl say "I hope I intimated that little girl that was sitting in the waiting room." The only pleasant experience I had was talking to the doctor. He asked how I was doing and made some good suggestions on how to take care of my health. I also had problems with getting some my medication. I went to the pharmacy and they told me to get an authorization from the doctor. I had to wait a whole week for them to give me a prescription. The only bright side was that they gave me samples while I waited. Definitely going some place else from now on. Don't waste your time here.

History of pyelonephritis. I went in stating I was starting a UTI, as I know the symptoms very well.. The dr. stated he couldn't give me anything since there wasn't anything in the UA. Then later that day my kidney started hurting and it got worse. Finally yesterday we called and they said the UA was positive and gave me antibiotics. Now that it is worse. I won't ever go back. First rule in healthcare. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. They definitely do not listen.

We have been going to Copperview for almost 8 years. I'm so utterly disappointed in how it has continually gone downhill. It has gotten to the point that we will wait to be called back about 15 mins past our appointment time, then another 30-45 mins back in the room for a doctor, making it 45-60 mins past our appointment time to see someone.The care there is hit or miss as they seem to employ a lot of fly-by-night PA's and NP's that come there for a few months and then are gone. The only good person there is Dr. Wallace.The final straw for us was I was on time for my appointment and the doctor hadn't even arrived yet for the morning. There were still 2 people ahead of my appointment, so even if she arrived right then, it still would have been a 45 min wait to even see someone. They didn't even bother calling me or those after me to let us know not to waste our gas and time coming in cause she wasn't even there. Disrespectful of my time is what it is.I think it is beyond rude and disrepectful to make people wait upwards of 1 hour to see a doctor. If I am 15 mins late, I get charged AND my appt cancelled, yet they can charge me AND be almost an hour late getting to me.I will NEVER go back to copperview medical again.

first off all of the receptionists are really bratty/snotty and give the impression that you're wasting their time and that they're doing YOU a favor. It takes FOREVER to be seen by a Dr. and don't be late because I was once 2 minutes late for an appointment and ended up waiting 2 and a half hours before being seen. The doctors I have seen (mainly Dr. kevin cottle) have no idea what they're doing. I put on a Methadone Maintenance program for anxiety... which is only one of the many horror stories that I can tell you that came out of that place. Don't go there unless you want to be treated with medication that have nothing to do with your symptoms and be treated like a nuisance/bother while you're there.

I have been taking my kids to copperveiw for five years and I LOVE THEM ALL. Even when my husband and I were having trouble with money they helped us and still let us come in and see anyone we needed to. They are always friendly and helpful and have always returned my calls. MIsty has been great with me and my family. Dr Lei is the BEST pediitircian I have EVER found he remembers my children and myself every time we go in. HE remembers what illnesses they have had lately evne if he was not the dr. to treat them for it. The after hours and weekend care make it possible for me to avoid hospital and Urgent care bills. And the dr.'s all have immediate access to medical histories and treat you well even if they do not know you.

I wasn't even able to get an appointment all winter... I have a 1yr old baby with heart problems that needed a synagis shot... Copperview being the only office in Utah to supply it. I never got my phone calls returned by anyone. I was only directed to talk to "Misty" and I'd always be directed to her voice mail with no returned calls. When she was there she couldn't even answer the phone herself... she'd talk to me thru the girls at the front until I asked for her manager that's when I finally got her to pick up the phone herself. My daughter went there for the synagis last winter and it was all perfect and i was so grateful. I paid my bills as soon as i recieved them. I don't understand why so extremely bad service from Misty and why she is the only one I could ask about my child's account. All winter passed and no answer and when i would get a hold of my insurance company's or doctor's offices there answers would be that she didn't even put any request for the information that she ne

This is the worst medical center I have ever worked with. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Two years after they claim we missed an appointment they sent our $25.00 account to collections. We moved 8 months before the appointment. Our mailing address had a forward for over a year. If they would have sent any notice, we would have recieved it. Missy was unhelpful and rude. Copperview Medical Center is a very poor running company.

I have nothing but good things to say about all the Dr's at Copperview Medical Center. I have gone there everytime myslef or my children are sick or have an emergency (for After Hours Medical care) which has been quite alot in the past two months between me and my kids getting sick, and they have been Amazing!! Very Personable, Caring and get you in and out in a timely manner. I would reccomend this office to anyone and everyone!! Thanks to all the Fabulous Dr's.

Never have to wait past appointment time, Dr. Lei best pediatrician out there!

I went here because my child's ped works there and is great (he now typically works at another location). So I went there, and have nothing but communication issues. They wrote a prescription I've had for years for the wrong strength and I called to get a new one...It took three calls, then they told me I had to come in. I asked to just have the doc call me, but it never happened.

I absolutely love this place. I have been taking my kids here for about 6 years. My husband and I also see the doctors here. I love that they are open late and on weekends and a lot of holidays (It seems like thats the only time my kids like to get sick!) Plus I can call and get an appointment for that same day! I took my oldest son there when he was small and having severe ear infections all the time. They referred us to a great ear/nose/throught doctor and now our son hasnt had one ear infection in 3 years! The doctors are always very patient with my 3 year old as well who can be very very difficult! I absolutely love this place and will continue to visit untill they are out of business!

Once I had a throat culture and they called me back to tell me my urine was clear and there was no urinary tract infection.###Another time I had to go in and receive an MRI. The results were given to their office and I called for them and they said that the hospital computers were down and they would call me. Five days later the office had still not called me with the MRI results and when I spoke with the hospital they said their computers had never been down and the doctor had had the results all along. ###I have also called for a prescription refill and despite explaining to the nurse that I was in a lot of pain I still hadn't heard from the doctor three days later. The only way I got them to return a phone call was to tell them that I was through with their office and I would tell everyone I knew what they had put me through. ###If I am ever sick I will drive as long as it takes to get to another doctor because they aren't going to help anyway.
