I had lost faith in counseling until I met Colleen Hurwitz. She has an uncanny ability for saying the exact, right things to make you feel alright with the world. Much of her therapy feels like a conversation with a friend. but Colleen has a gift. She draws on her vast experience, raw intelligence, kind nature and professional skill to repair self-esteem, and quiet negative self-talk, and give hope for a better future. She has my highest recommendation.
